Down town: 街中に(下町ではなく、繁華街のこと。イギリスではtown centreと言う)
Pike Place Market: パイク・プレイス・マーケット（シアトル随一の市場）
Coffee roasters: 焙煎コーヒーが飲めるカフェ（複数系でカフェの意味になる）

Takashi: Hello, Michael. Ah, you are working from home today. It’s difficult to see your face because of the backlight. Can you close the curtain behind you?
Michael: Good morning, Takashi. Ok. Can you see me now?
Takashi: It’s much better now, thanks. How do you like remote work?
Michael: It’s good for a change of mood. The weather is very nice around the harbor. If I don’t need to attend this meeting, I would like to walk my dog around the pier.
Takashi: I envy you for living downtown.
Michael: We should move our office around here. It would be nice if there was a pike place market and coffee roasting shops close to the office.
