Jennyさん発言

(出だしのお礼がとても丁寧なことについて)

It’s written with a lot of heart.
But the expression “Thank you for taking your precious time” at the very beginning feels a little bit heavy. It’s best to suggest getting to the main subject as soon as possible.

(”Please make sure という命令文を使うことについて)

Well, I think the tone is a little strong with the statement “make sure.” And depending on the recipient, they may feel some pressure, like it’s some kind of emergency.
