Subject: Request for document checking
Dear Silvia,
I summarized the points based on candidates’ CVs and entry sheets.
For the interview, I made 10 common questions and 5 questions for each candidate.
Since this is the first time I have prepared this kind of material, it would be great if you could check the materials and give me some feedback.
Best regards,
Takashi

If you’re writing an email in English, I think it’s best to keep the opening part as simple as possible.

It seems like Takashi doesn’t have confidence. I would delete the part where he says “so, I’m not sure if it’s okay.”
(インタビューでの心構えについて)
In my experience, I found that interviews can be very stressful. But it’s important to remain calm and in control of your emotions. Some interview questions are designed to make you feel caught off guard. So they can see how you react, what kind of person you are or how you think in difficult situations. For example, “How would you move a mountain?” or “What are your top 5 favorite movies?” We can’t really prepare for these types of questions and there are no right/wrong answers. So, just stay calm and trust yourself.
