Subject: New hiring and responsibilities

Since we are expanding our US business, we hired new staff.
We would like to split the responsibilities into two groups geographically.
That might strengthen our support system and increase effectiveness.
We will have a discussion with Silvia next week.
So, if you have any opinions, please let me know.
