Takashi: The philosophy of ABC is contributing to society by thinking about customers and their happiness first. It may sound abstract, but we will do our best to provide benefits for both our customers and society.
Kathy: That’s like my father’s principle in his life. He was a little league coach for many years. He was committed to taking care of kids even though we were busy harvesting. Dad, am I right?
Richard: I guess so.
Kathy: You see? He is a modest man.
Takashi: Housing development can take many years from the planning stage to its completion. We may encounter unexpected obstacles, but we are determined to create a community that will be loved by future residents.
All of them are empowering. But I really like “Fail often so you can succeed sooner.” because we all learn from mistakes and I feel that we should all be more accepting of that fact and not afraid of it for others as well as ourselves. Mistakes give us those life lessons that we use to be successful.
