Takashi: Thank you for your consideration. I’m ready to move on and make a new start. But, I have just one concern.
Silvia: Okay, go ahead.
Takashi: I hope this doesn’t sound arrogant, but Michael might be disappointed.
Silvia: Actually, I spoke with Michael about this yesterday. He was disappointed, but he understands the importance of young talented experience in different markets.
Takashi: Thank you for your kind words. I’m relieved to hear that Michael said so.

Yes. But only within my district. So I didn’t have to move. And usually transfers are for employees who want them, kind of like a promotion or if the office is moving or closing down. So I think it’s rare that an employee is transferred when they don’t want to or to have them live separately from their family.
