Lucy: So, let’s go over the contents of the presentation, shall we?
Takashi: All right. First, I’ll talk about ABC’s corporate philosophy. Next, I will briefly explain the building materials used in our properties. Then, Lucy will go over the details of the project and we will conclude with the pros and cons of how our properties are constructed.
Lucy: Okay. Taking into account the time we have, let’s shorten the length of time that we discuss our company. We should put more time into the property itself.
Takashi: Sure. Less corporate info is a great idea, but I would like to allocate more time for the second part regarding the material we use. Because people in Java Island are not used to wood interiors.
Lucy: That’s right. This is a concept worth explaining thoroughly to the people who are used to brick tiles.
